The SOP requires a feasibility study for special-purpose properties on the premise that they carry elevated risk. Those categories sit at both ends of this range, not clustered at the risky end. Hotels at 1.12% are real-estate acquisitions on twenty-five-year terms; trucking at 7.07% is equipment credit on seven-year terms against assets that can be driven away.
